The title of this article may surprise some people. Why you should not exercise! Are you kidding me?
Well, everybody knows why it’s so important to exercise: for health, to stay fit and young, to have more energy, for self confidence, for weight loss (fat loss) or/and muscle gain, and so on…
And most people struggle to get the results they want.
And when they acheive their goal, losing 20 lbs for exemple, few are able to maintain the pace and keep this good regimen for an extended period of time.
What’s going on?
Simple: these people exercise and, for most of them, this is a punishment! People are lazy by nature and even with a strong goal and the best personal trainer and program, it’s very difficult to stay on tracks for ever!
Athletes do not exercise, they train, they go for the workout with a precise plan and goal. And they enjoy it! This is not a punishment. An athlete train his body and mind in the same time, his total being is engaged. He doesn’t exercise muscles to look good or to lose weight, he trains for performance.
I have a question: do you feel some excitment before and during a workout?
If not, something is wrong! And this is probably why you can’t get the results you want.
Think about it!
