What amazed me about Dominique’s workouts was that he was able to target so many different muscles and cardiovascular challenges in a one hour time frame. I have never had a trainer utilize my time more efficiently. After one year I still am excited to wake up at 5:30am to workout with him because of his positive attitude and general concern for his trainees. Sometimes working out can becoming boring once you are in a routine, with Dominique every session is different because he is constantly adding new, fun, and changeling exercises into the sessions. After working out with Dominique for over a year I lost about 35 pounds and I went from a 36 to size 30 waist size.

“I have been training with Dominique for 5 months now and have seen clear results. The boot camps have significantly strengthened my core and I have also noticed improved balance. Since the workouts are full body, they do a nice job of forcing me to work on areas that I might otherwise neglect in the gym. Cardio is mixed into each session as well, but Dominique is good at reading people to know when to increase the intensity and when to take a water break. I usually get bored with cardio and avoid it, but he spaces it out so you don’t notice how much you’re actually doing. Overall, the workouts are fun, fast-paced and have been great for my overall conditioning! I highly recommend Dominique’s boot camps. Thanks for all the great workouts!”
